Crystals fall easily

Beautiful shoes, the crystals fell off on the first night I wore them.

Pretty, but uncomfortable

Very pretty show, and very uncomfortable. my feet was slipping out of the shoe. It may have worked if I bought a pair of ball-pads but didn’t want to chance it, since these are for a wedding event.

gems fell off after wearing the shoes 1 time

The shoes were pretty but after wearing them 1 time inside only the gems fell off which makes them unwearable and Macy's will not help. Very disappointed. I would not recommend because they are not will made.

Very nice and elegant! I recommend them for formal evening wear. I wish the heels were a bit higher.
