Beautiful, Soft Rug

I love the color of this rug. It is not quite a midnight blue, but slightly lighter. Super soft and nice modern design!

Color is not navy - it is barely even blue.

The "navy" color is gray. I ordered this rug in navy, 8x10, and it is hardly a blue color at all. Please see the attached two photos - the dark color is the color that the website specifies on their "see this in my room" tool. The light color is the color that I received. I'm not sure what to do here, but hope for a full refund.
