product changed

I have been using this product for around 4 years and have always loved it, but the last two bottles have gone rancid. The first one was rancid before the bottle was used up, the last one I just opened and it smelled like rancid oil. I sure hope John Masters looks into their supplier of oils and fixes this problem so I can go back to using it.

Face cleanser

It smells good. It’s got an exfoliating agent, that feels like it’s doing the job. I think it can only be used a couple times a week. But it seems I abrasive, so once/twice more wouldn't be bad. AND, it hasn’t made me break out. The rest from other natural companies do,

Exfoliator

I love this exfoliator and have been using it for years but my last two, the pump doesn’t work. All the exfoliant gets stuck at the bottom and have to manually dump it out on my hand, very frustrating.
