wrong color

Macy's sent me twice the wrong color for this John's New York top. I ordered the DARK BROWN/WHITE top, but received PRALINE/JONES WHITE, and cannot return it.

Defect

There is a bunching of material above the left shoulder and I tried washing it twice to smooth it out, but no luck. I am not able to return it because it is final sale.

Perfect

I went up a size because I don’t like clingy clothes….and the fit was just how I like it, a nice soft drape. The fabric is soft and very comfortable.
