Mistake?

I gave this one star because I’ve never received this item. I recall being surprised when I received the other cardigan instead and thought I must have not ordered the shawl-collared sweater after all and had switched to the other sweater I had looked at. If possible, can you look into this for me? Why do you think I received this shawl-collared sweater?

Nice But Not Amazing

Nice quality fabric and weight, front neck shawl sometimes rolls open, creases from shipping in this same neck area haven't relaxed even with washing

Runs very large

I ordered the medium and large. I received the medium and it fits like it's an extra large. Unfortunately, I'll have to return them both.

Wonderful sweater

I love this cozy sweater. The cable is very pretty, reminds one of a fisherman's sweater. Perfect for winter days. Sweater does run one size large.

I love this classic cream color and the style is great. Shawl collar is very pretty, and the sweater has some stretch to it. It does run a little large, unless it is supposed to fit sort of extra roomy. If you like a little more fitted look, go down in size. sleeves are extra-long. I am still debating between a large and a small, one of them is going back. I usually wear a medium, and at the current time I am overweight, and the medium is still a little big.
