ordered blue but received brown and ginger

I ordered the denim Heather and a brown one was delivered so Macys reordered it only for a ginger one to be sent. I called back again and by now the blue one was out of stock. Customer service promised supervisor would call and they never did. I see why Macys is closing stores. They just lost me as a customer. Absolutely the worst customer service!

Good Quality Sweaters

I have always liked the Joseph A brand. Ninety-five percent of my turtlenecks are Joseph A. They always offer a good variety of styles and colors and are well made. My sweaters still look as good as when I bought them. I would recommend them.
