Run narrow

This is a beautiful shoe and I could not wait to receive them. I wear a medium in a 9 and that is what I ordered. Unfortunately the toe area runs so narrow i cannot wear them. I am very disappointed because I could have worn them with several outfits.

I placed an order for shoes on June 29, and I just checked the tracking details—it turns out they won’t be delivered until July 9. That’s a long wait for an in-stock item and it's just one item. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from Macy’s online again.
