Cute but heel strap slips

These are cute, reasonably comfy, but the heel strap has a tendency to slip off.

Straps are different lengths!

The right sandal fit perfectly, but the left was too tight. I ordered another pair and the results were the same. When I measured the straps, the left ones were shorter than the right ones. They were really cute, but had to send both pairs back!
