Deplorable Condition

Macys shipped me shoes that were very obviously worn and returned. The shoes have scuff marks all over them. I cannot believe they would send these to me in this condition. They are being sent back asap. Unbelievable! Very poor customer experience.

The boots look nice but the heel makes a noise when walking. I can’t wear them if they make noise. It would be embarrassing.

Cheap, Navy Boot,

Purchasing these boots from Macy’s was a real disappointment. I am a frequent Macy’s shopper and expected better quality. After only one wear, the heel began cracking with every step, and the color faded at the toe. Wasted $$$
