zipper broke

I bought 3 (!!!) pairs of these booties because I really liked it. unfortunately the zipper broke on one of them and Macy's won't take it back because I wore them... how can I send a picture?????? I am very disappointed with the customer service!!

Comfy

Comfy boots- very pretty. The top of the boot does turn inward towards the leg- so this will have to be broken in for more comfort.

The main shoe is comfortable

The main shoe is comfortable but the front top of the shaft is very stiff and digs into my ankle indenting my leg and is so uncomfortable and painful I was hoping it would soften and relax but hasn’t. So unhappy because I love the look of the boot.

Love these boots!

they are comfortable, stylish and look amazing! I ordered a size 10 and had to exchange for an 11. I don't think they run big, I think my foot has changed. It's a beautiful boot and I would recommend the purchase. They are my go to for the season!
