Good support, style and comfort
I was looking for a good shoe for my sisters wedding coming up and I really found a great pair in these. I appreciate that when I walk in them that I am supported and they are comfortable. I also really like the style as well. I am pleased with this shoe and hope that they continue to make these for years to come.

Way too narrow
These seem like well made shoes, but there’s no way they’re a size 10W. I felt like one of Cinderella’s step sisters. There was no way I was going to get my foot in that shoe!! They will be returned.
NW vs W size
Ordered a 6W (Wide) but received 6NW (Narrow Width). Apparently it doesn’t come in Wide, but why advertise that they do? Misleading. Ended up returning the shoes for a refund.
Horrible mistake on the part of Macy’s
I was beyond disappointed I purchased a size wide shoe to wear for my mother‘s funeral and Macy’s screwed up and sent me a narrow size. When I called, the customer service was horrible. She was saying well that’s because you ordered a narrow and then she realized no she didn’t order an arrow. She actually ordered a wide And when she realized it was Macy‘s fault, she never apologized or anything. It’s horrible. These were the shoes I was going to wear to my mom‘s funeral and because of Macy’s I had to wear open to sandals. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll ever buy a pair of shoes from Macy’s ever again
If wide width desire do NOT buy this shoe
Would have been the perfect shoe for my outfit, however, I will be returning this shoe because while advertised to come in wide width, they sent a narrow width shoe. Other reviewers also state that wide width does NOT exist for this shoe.
Ordered Wide But Shoes Are Narrow!
I felt lucky to see these shoes online at Size 7.5 Wide and ordered them. I received shoes in a box marked 7.5 Wide, whereas the shoes inside look narrow and have 7.5 NW on them. I believe they are Narrow, but at best might be Average. No way are they Wide. So I'll have to return them. This is unusual as shoes I've ordered online from Macy's ordinarily fit with no problem.

Wrong size
I loved the shoe but it was a 5 1/2 and I ordered an 8 1/2. I hope I get the correct size soon. I ordered them for my daughters wedding.
