The foot area isn't very wide. You'll need to size up; especially if you like to wear boot socks, or any kind of socks with some thickness to them. I do like that you can adjust the buckle behind the knee to keep them from sliding down.

So I was really looking forward to getting these boots because it is so hard to find ones that fit my wider calves and my wider feet too. But I am so disappointed because I have only worn them 3 times now and somehow the stitching at the back of the heels has started to come apart.. I was expecting a better quality for the price that I paid for them too.. so I’m super sad about it.. but other than that I loved the way that they looked on me!
