My window dimensions are: height: 60"; width: 47". The curtains look pretty well made. When up hanging on a window, the lace design and cream color make up a shabby chic design. For my window width, I had to buy 2 of the valance so that it will gather close enough and hang nicely. I think 3 valances will give it more "wave" (can't think of the right term..). For the tier which comes in pair (bought the 60"x36"), I bought 1, thinking the total width of 60" will be enough. The tier hang nicely although I would've liked it to gather a little bit more, nevertheless, it looks cute up the window. The tier curtain is quite sheer thus the sunlight really comes through and, unfortunately, doesn't give any privacy at all. From outside the house, I can actually see the inside, this is during daytime without any lights inside the house. So, my plan is to buy another pair or 2 of the tier to have the curtains gather more closely hoping that will fix the too-sheer-no-privacy-dilemma.
