Quality tailoring !!

This was an excellent section for a small place. We love the sofa fabric and sleek look. It was also the best tailoring I could find on a sofa. As a hobby, i sew cloths for my kids and quality sewing really mattered to me. So, far I've been impressed with the quality of everything on this piece. We have had it about 6 months.

I love this sectional. I love the color & fabric. Super comfortable. I was just looking for something like this. I highly recommend.

Comfy

Bought this 6 months ago for our family room. I loved the colors and the material. The cushions were very high, with that being said they have settled and have flattened out which actually works out better for us. You have to flip the cushions every few weeks to keep it looking nice. I don’t know how long this sofa will last which is concerning due to the amount we spent and the time we waited for it to be delivered.

Reversible cushions?

After one year of DAILY USE - 1. This is a super comfy couch. We were initially concerned about it being too deep, but is has proven to be an awesome TV watching couch. There’s room for 5 of us to sit very comfortably. 2. The fabric has held up great. We are also a pet friendly home - we have had no issues with it catching/collecting hair or staining. Overall, I’d give the fabric 5 stars. 3. I regularly rotate and flip the cushions ( 3 back and middle seat) for even wear. As noted in other reviews, I’m disappointed with how the cushions look if I don’t smoothe them out when I leave the couch. I definitely didn’t expect it to breakdown so rapidly. 4. I wish I would have noted - prior to purchase - that due to the “t” shape cushions on each end, these cushions are not reversible. The piping on the chaise seat is “rolling” over the edge from wear. It gets the most use. 5. We love the couch and will live with it but would not recommend it or purchase again.

Cushions don't last

I loved the sectional and the color, however, the cushions have lost shape and are saggy after 1yr. I would've expected for the quality to be a lot more durable for the price.

Avoid

Furniture began losing shape within one week of delivery. These photos are less than one month from bringing home. The durability of the product is not substantiated by the price. I knew I was taking a risk upon purchase given it was a new product, but I would have expected Macy’s to have this issue addressed before bringing to market.
