AWFUL PRODUCT

I PURCHASED THIS COUCH AND WITHIN 3 YEARS, THE COUCH IS FAILING AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY WILL NOT REPLACE THE CUSHIONS. 1 PERSON WEIGHING 118 POUNDS CAN'T WEAR DOWN CUSHIONS !! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 30 YEARS. DON'T BUY FROM MACYS

It’s a beautiful couch, we couldn’t be happier. Comfortable yet firm, soft upholstery with neutral tones. It was delivered within a week. Looks very classy and cozy with some alternate throw pillows and blankets. Would highly recommend.

Confortable and holds shape

Comfortable and holds it shape pretty well if you don’t want to be constantly fixing cushions. I did buy straps to put around feet to keep the sectional pieces from moving apart.

Frame not stable buyers be aware!

I purchased this exactly one year from today, the sectional is comfortable and I like the color too. Now I have noticed the frame or spring started squeaking. It sounds like 10 year old already. Thanks to Macy's they are looking in to the manufacture warranty and trying to get me some help. Hope fully will get a solution soon.
