Beautiful sectional, looks just like the pictures. It’s in a limited use living room. So no one uses it. Watch it look beautiful, while we congregate in the family room.

Very beautiful! Word of caution-this set is huge! Be sure to take measurements to consider needed space. The color in off white really does brighten a room. The chaise adds a nice touch to lounge without a recline but wish I had just gotten a third recliner to put the headrest back. Only the power recliners have powered head rest and you do need nearby outlets for the recliners. It's a bit stiff but only had for a few days. It'll get more comfortable with use. The recliners move smooth and quiet as they should be and are wall savers. I like the pebble leather look but the smell is a bit much. I just hope this is real leather. It has started to subside and I hope eventually disappears. Not bad, but not good. But this set is quite a show piece! Just hope I don't experience what other reviews are writing!

It's only been a week but I absolutely love this this furniture. I wanted to brighten up a large living room and this did the trick. Looks stunning. Word of caution-the furniture is pretty big. Check the measurements prior to ordering. It's huge! Material is a bit stiff for now but I expect that to change when broken in I guess. Get the white collar delivery and have them set it all up. They were in and out in about 20 minutes-not bad at all. Tip your delivery guys-once you see all they have to do you'll be thankful for getting the set up service and appreciate what they just did for you.They forgot to hook up the one recliner but we figured it out. The color is an off white which looks very pretty in a dark room and makes it appear bigger. The only thing is I wish it came with consoles with cupholders and remote storage but it's already big! Adding a console would be even bigger. I just hope I don't experience any of the negatives in some reviews! Pretty nice and you'll be pleased.

Very hard! Before buying I read some reviews and they were saying the sofa was sagging. A friend of mine has a different style sofa but same manufacturer and she has been happy with it, so I decided to buy it. The sofa was delivered on December 2021, and I noticed it was very hard. Not like the one at the store that it feels comfortable when seating. Not too soft not too firm. The one delivered was not aligned and they brought me another sofa about 3 months later. Same problem, too firm. From the very beginning I brought it up to the Macy's sale people. I went to the store, and I was told that I needed to give it time to softened up. It has been about 15 months from the second delivery (second sofa) and it is still too firm. Only the back seats have softened up a little bit. I cannot watch a whole movie sitting on the sofa because it numbs me, and I end up sitting somewhere else. Returned to store again and they said I have to handle it with the warranty after 1 year. Very frustrating.

Great product. Stiff rolling and opening. I am sure in time they will loosen up.
