Great Purchase

We were very happy when our sofa was delivered. It is comfortable, has great style, and it's the perfect size. The professionalism of our salesman and Hugo and Victor (the deliverymen) should make Macy's proud! One Happy Customer

Sleeper Sofa

I love the sofa it is comfortable. I am pleased with the color. Just had a bit of concern with the delivery and trying to get someone on the phone to assist me. I bought this from Ft. Lauderdale and the sales woman was a very nice lady. It was Macy's itself that had the issue.

Great Value!

The Kaleigh sleeper chair is a great value for the price. It is stylish and comfortable. It doesn't feel like a sleeper when you sit in it which is a nice surprise. The fabric seems durable and is soft to the touch. I also can't say enough good things about the delivery team. They were professional and helpful . This is definitely a 5 Star purchase! I was nervous about ordering furniture online but Macy's made the process worry free.

Beautiful Mocha Fabric Chair!

This is a beautiful piece of furniture and very well constructed. I use my second bedroom as an office and purchased this Sleeper Chair to have an extra bed when company comes. The mattress is 6" thick instead of 3" like most sleeper chairs and sofas. The fabric feels very soft and luxurious and I love the Mocha color. It is also the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on, so now it's my favorite place to sit and read. I also purchased this chair online without seeing it in person as I trust Macy's quality and the reviews were very positive. This chair is perfect for small spaces and can comfortably seat 2 people depending on their size.

Scratches

The chair looks comfy and classy but when we got ours there were two big scratches. The mattress is so thin you're gonna have a body ache when you wake up.

Love it!!

We love the way this Chair Bed looks and know it will wear well with use. It was recommended by a friend who has had one for about 3 years and loves it. We purchased it to have an extra bed for a grandchild to sleep over. They are really excited since they used to share a room.
