Broken after 1 weak

I got it for my friend as gift ,it broke after few uses,so embarrassed by quality so she thinks that was cheap present

Broke right away.

i was very upset since this is a bad quality blender. it broke after 2 times of regular use. i would love to send this back to the company and get a full refund.
