Disappointed with Quality and Appearance

I was really excited to order this Karl Lagerfeld bag after seeing the photos online—it looked elegant, structured, and spacious. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I was very disappointed. The bag looks noticeably different in person: smaller, less polished, and not nearly as beautiful as it appeared in the pictures. Even worse, the leather quality is extremely poor. It already arrived with several scratches, and I noticed that even lightly brushing it with a fingernail leaves visible marks. For a brand like Karl Lagerfeld, I expected much better quality. This bag feels delicate in all the wrong ways and doesn’t seem like it will hold up over time. Overall, I regret this purchase and would not recommend it.

Pretty bag

Very pretty bag with good organization and functionality for daily use. However it’s not very comfortable on your shoulder as a shoulder bag and the leather material is questionable. Overall I like it and will keep the bag.
