never received

Macy's never sent me the item and I'm still waiting since September 22, 2024. They keep giving me excuses but not even UPS has received it yet. I need to call my bank tomorrow. They have to stop the game playing with customers finances. I don't even trust them anymore nor their products

classic Karl Bag

While the bag I received is not the same bag they,ve pictured in the photo, I still love it. The characters on the front are Karl L himself & his beloved pet. The bag is beautiful & is great quality.

Wrong Handbag Sent

You have sent the wrong item. This is not the bag I ordered. Seems the other person got the wrong bag too. Mine has a stupid guy and cat on the front instead of the Karl Lagerfeld name all over, white on white. Not what is shown above. I want the right bag!!!

I am so disappointed. Macy’s keeps sending the wrong handbag. I have ordered the handbag two times and both times it is not the bag in the picture. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
