Not as pictured

The dress is true to size. However, the skirt line is not at the waist on me. Im 5 ft and the skirt part is right under my breast area. Which makes the dress look like a baby doll dress. Its not like on the model. Maybe this dress is designed for flat chested women, and only if youre tall. Im definitely returning it.
