Small in bust.

Small in bust. Im size 16. I love the brand. This dress though it is way small in bust. Im 38D, but all dresses zise 16 fits me. Multiple brands. Not this one. O cannot even come close to it. I need extra 5in of materia for a decent cleavage. The way it is my bra is completely exposed. Everything else is perfect about this dresses, but unfortunately I cannot wear it. Returning
