disappointed

Macy’s has always been a store of quality items, but when you buy an expensive garment and it comes balded up in a bag, it’s unacceptable. The things that I buy at Macy’s are not cheap and I don’t mind paying when I get quality. I bought a Lagerfeld cardigan and I’m just literally just disappointed with Macy’s.
