Macys Shipment And Correction Failures

This birthday gift was not delivered to Erika Brooks in Encino Ca. I requested your representative provide the item by Monday to Erika and was told a requested customer service supervisor would call me. Waited at least two hours and no call as promised (1 hour promised ). Checked my account which shows a posted refund. I purchased this specific vendor at a sale price and cannot find a suitable replacement by this designer for the sale price refunded. Seems Macy’s Customer Service would correct this Macy’s mistake of not sending the order to Erika in Encino or at least refund the dollar value at the regular price so I can shop for a replacement item by the same designer.
