Permanent pins?

This is the oddest jacket I’ve ever purchased. There are literally 3 to 4 lapel pins that are unremovable? So odd . I don’t know how you’re supposed to wash it? Will they rust? And, they’re also just kind of tacky , makes the whole jacket look cheap and maybe for kids/teens? Retuned. do not recommend
