My favorite top

Looks dressy when paired with black slacks and necklace. Lightweight & cool enough for Texas summer. Sheer sleeves but because they are mostly black, my skin doesn't shine through. It fits as I expect a petite 14 should. I feel very well-dressed in this top, yet cool and comfortable.
