Pants size and fit

The pants were longer than expected. I bought a size 6, I'm 5'8", 125 pounds. The pants are on the ground and a little loose in the waist, they definitely need a heeled shoe. I can roll over the waist and get a better length, but I shouldn't have to do that. My pants usually fit with no problems.
