Not flattering, bumpy seersucker fabric is cheap

Although I normally love Kasper suit separates, this vest is just not flattering or attractive in both the cut and fabric. It's a bumpy seersucker that just doesn't work for the piece, and it does not flatter a figure with a larger chest. It hangs off the body and doesn't give any definition to the waist when buttoned. I returned mine!
