Arrived With Visible Scratch on Leather

I purchased this bag and was very disappointed to find a visible scratch on the front leather upon arrival. The scratch is noticeable and detracts from the overall look of the bag. Quality control should be more thorough.

Kate spade purse

Good size and really pretty but could be better if a little more sale is applied to it. If Ralph Lauren can do it and they have excellent items, Kate Spade should also be able to do it.

Good looking but had issues with functionality

I really wanted to use this as a crossbody but the handles are not removable and stuck up too high (I’m 5’3”). It gave off a cluttered look I didn’t like (and the handles poked me in the torso). I also didn’t like the closure - there is a zippered pocket in the middle but the larger sections on either side are open, giving the appearance that the bag is open. If you live in a city and walk everywhere you don’t really want to give that appearance. It is a good looking bag and I loved the green color that was on sale, but I think this is better if you’re driving around most of the time.
