Poor quality/counterfeit product

This is a poorly made bangle bracelet. i purchased this today on 8/26 from a local Macys store and shortly after I got home, the Flower Hinge fell apart. The closure mechanism was a little tricky when I tried it at the store but I thought I will get home and figure it out. However when I got home and tried to put it on, the flower hardware fell out. I am hoping to return it and get a full refund. Really disappointed because I always associated Kate Spade with good quality jewelry and watches. This was a really beautiful bracelet but unfortunately I am returning it.
