Classic crisp lines, no overdone frills.

These dishes can be dressed down or dressed up depending on the occasion. I prefer to decorate a table with food and centerpieces, so I'm not a big fan of overly ornate china. It was difficult to find a table setting that would fit with our military lifestyle and mesh with an incomplete antique china set I received from my grandmother. Kate Spade's dishes are beautifully classic and are exactly what we were looking for. Just a touch of gold, just a touch of navy blue, no major frills. My fiance is proud since he found, selected, and scanned them... that's an added bonus in my book. This is one of the first things we received from our registry. We absolutely love them!
