Bulky and cumbersome

These boots look adorable online. In reality, they’re anything but! They run a size big, are really wide, and are made out of a stiff material, which makes it difficult to walk in them comfortably. They’re actually too big and clunky for me and aren’t at all attractive. I usually buy high-end, designer shoes so maybe it’s the overall cheapness of the materials that’s really the dealbreaker. But I expected a narrow, cute boot and was really disappointed in the quality and appearance
