Beautiful, Sophisticated Style with an Edge

This bag is a show stopper! The material feels like a high-end knit even though it’s more practical. The pattern is classic, tailored, timeless, and even a bit vintage in feeling but the leather trim gives it a modern edge. The leather feels sturdy like a cowhide or calfskin, not delicate like lambskin. Bags tend to show signs of wear along the edges, so having a thicker leather is optimal. One caveat: the bag is open on top, so it should be carried with care and is not practical for all situations. With the background being a lighter color and the open top, it is more of a special occasion bag, rather than an every day bag. It is still worth the splurge because the way it looks is stunning and in-hand, it feels luxurious and special. The shoulder strap is beautiful with leather accents and beautiful gold (maybe brass) hardware. Not every bag has to be an every day bag though, so I still give it 5 stars as a dressy or special occasion bag.
