Classy Crossbody.

Second shipment made the difference in this review. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Saw the sale online and rushed to make the purchased!!! Very disappointed with the first one sent-looked like it had been used, no dust bag and the strap was missing. I immediately called to report the defects and pleasantly surprised that a replacement was available. The associate made the adjustment and it arrived in a short time-direct from warehouse (I think) because it looked new like it hadn't been in store floor (dust bag and strap included). Macy's is my go to store for high-end /luxury items. Again, the minor issue with the first item was resolved and I'm sporting this classy cross body-so many compliments.
