Never received item

Ordered this item on Black Friday . Received a completely different purse with receipt displaying someone else’s address . Macys demanded I return that incorrect purse in order to be refunded for this Kate Spade purse. Dropped off at Fed Ex and received item back saying I had returned the incorrect purse. Spent an hour on the phone with Macys twice to correct and was told I would be refunded without having to return wrong ( cheaper) purse . Macys also could not fulfill my original order as it was sold out . Still being contact through email regarding this matter even though I attempted to return the purse and Macys made zero effort to fulfill my original order . Looking for an email to put in writing but can’t find customer service email and refuse to spend any more time on the phone or time driving to fed ex to resolve an issue that was 100% Macys fault .

Too skinny & too small

Width is super skinny…& overall way too small. I like smaller handbags, but unfortunately this doesn’t do it for me. Maybe for a child.
