Smells like chemicals

When I order a nice, expensive pair of leather boots, I expect them to come out the box looking and smelling like supple leather, which is NOT how these arrived. So disappointing to take them out of the box, smelling like chemicals and feeling like any cheap polymer/plastic boot I could've ordered from anywhere. This is not the quality I expect from Kate Spade or Macy's.

Hard structure

I wanted to love these. They are so hard, I didn’t bother zipping. They’re going right back. Kate Spade quality continues to decline.

In LOVE!

These boots have a very nice shape! I love that they are all leather. I am normally an 8.5, but in these, I bought a size 9 and they fit perfect! Very comfortable!
