winking eye is not a rhinestone

truth and quality of the picture. I bought this watch as a gift to someone else who loves Kate Spade, I just got the watch today and the open eye that looks like rhinestone online is not. It is just a small round flat piece of metal, which makes the watch look cheap. I am sending it back now.
