Multiple Shipping Failures

I had a very disappointing experience. My original order was misplaced, and when Macy’s sent a replacement, the package arrived empty. Dealing with two issues for a single order has been extremely frustrating. I hope Macy’s improves its packaging and shipping oversight because this should not happen.
