Convenience in a Cup

Pretty....problem

Love the appearance and size but not easy to use. The lid is extremely difficult to handle. Easily slips out of place. Once the tea begins to steep and lid heats up it's almost impossible to remove without a towel. The cup, too gets so hot you cannot wrap your bare hand around it. You need to let it sit a good long time unless you wrap something around it and then the tea cools off. Poor design functionally. At the very least, a rounded lip protruding from the lid would not go amiss?

Works great, 3rd one we have purchased

Making tea is now a joy, love the design, no more tea bags, and you get to buy your favorite Tea Forte teas in bulk which a nice savings. Just bought an electric kettle to make the whole process even better.
