What's the occasion for this purchase?Everyday wear

Cute but not Comfy

When I saw these I thought they would be so fun to wear with summer dresses. But they were a big dissapointment. First, not a soft fabric. The shoe is hard and the toe area squished my toes. The tiny, cheap buckle cut into my foot. Very uncomfortable shoe for the price.
