This is a gorgeous sofa. I don't think it comes in white or cream at Macy's, so I don't know which couch was pictured in one of the reviews. If you want a hard or very firm sofa, this isn't the one for you, but if you are looking for a beautiful, soft leather one that ages well, albeit with softer spots, this is a winner. I looked around and in my price point, this guy couldn't be beat. I think it's an excellent value. I prefer a softer, less shiny leather. the three color choices are all great

I bought 2 of these chairs. The seat on one is cushy and soft as it should be, the seat on another is hard and feels completely different and uncomfortable. The arm rests on both got squished during shipping (because they didn't package them properly) and the folds are visible and not going away. I also bought a sofa from this line (which is great), but the heights of the sofa and the chairs are different, the chairs are higher. The sizes of the chairs and the sofa look disproportionate, they don't look good together. I don't recommend these chairs.

I bought the couch with chaise and the love seat. I agonized over the stout or the caramel. I have a lot of rough cedar in the house so worried that it would be too much with the caramel couch. I selected the caramel and it is gorgeous! It is not at all orange, just rich looking and beautiful! I have owned both pieces for 8 months now and love them more every day! It is exactly the look I wanted for my mid century modern home. My dog loves the chaise and is her new lookout spot. Very sturdy and I highly recommend!

Red flags in quality , make, cushioning . Everything is subpar. The quality delivered is very different than the one in store( I understand that leather is a natural product and can vay). Dimensions are different too, not enough depth or height. Cushions have sagged within 15 days of limited usage. Buyers beware! Please do not buy. If I could give a negative star, I would.

Ordered mid December, it said arrival date was 12/24. Then it said 12/27, then on 12/26 it said it was delivered 12/26. I called customer service and they told me it was delivered to “the ups facility on 12/26. She requested a tracking number but I have to wait 48 hours just for that. I’ve never had this problem with Macy’s before so I will be patient

I do not recommend purchasing this sofa. I loved the look and comfort of the sofa set in the showroom. However, this is not a sofa for every day use. After 3 days, the cushions already lost their fresh look. Additionally, the middle leg already makes a noise when you sit on the sofa.

This couch is two weeks old and looks like if had it for 100. The worst quality couch I’ve ever bought. Please don’t buy it!

I ordered two of these chairs to match the sofa. I knew the chairs were kinda big so had to reconfigure how they should be placed. Worked out great. See my review of the sofa too. The delivery was fabulous. Thank you, Macy’s!
