Cheaply made

I bought these earrings for my grandaughter and she loved them but after a few wearings the clasps would not hold. I brought them back to the store and was told they couldn't do aything since I had bought them more htan 30 days ago. This is no way to treat a platinum customer. Macys does not stand behind their merchandise.
