Great coat

Really happy with this coat. It’s very warm and comfortable and I’ve gotten several compliments on it. The removable hood is quite useful.

Old, used and dirty

Arrived in a box crumpled as if it had been worn and thrown on the floor, stepped on and left for weeks, basically arrived as an old coat. The hangar was broken inside the coat in the perfect shipping box. athe worst part of returning is the waste of time having to go through the packing and drop off. I expected better ftom Macys, SMH

Nice, warm and practical. Good to know that hood only comes out together with the front zipper part. That wasn't clear to me from details.
