A new pair of Floor sample..... Wow

Love these boots and couldn't wait to get them. Then they arrive, the box is completely destroyed. Then when I get the boots out they are all scratched up and then notice an orange sticker on the outside of the box that says floor sample. REALLY.. wow... So, disappointed as I'm a loyal Macy's customer....
