Delivery not As Expected

I bought three Men's Sport Coats online (Macys website) on Aug. 28, 2025. Only one was delivered to the local Macys store and ready for pickup. I was waiting until Sep. 5, I called and learned that the remaining two had been delivered to the same local store on Sep. 2, but Macys had not gotten them ready for me to pick up. And I am still waiting for their response so I can come and pick them up. Wondering why it takes too long! As of now, Sep. 6, I still haven't heard from them regarding these remaining two pieces. Not a good experience!

Nice casual jacket but boy does it wrinkle easily

I bought the Khaki color and it is not as light as is pictured, it is more of the darker Khaki. The material has a bit of pilling because it's a linen material that kind of gives it a used look right out of the bag, not bad, but expect it. Fit is nice, I have a slim build and Kenneth Cole slim fit always fits me like I had it tailored. Be warned this jacket wrinkles easily. When I received it it looked like it was rolled up in a ball at the bottom of a shipping container. Bend your arms and you will have creases in your inner elbows. I took a star off for that, otherwise I like it. It's a nice lightweight casual jacket that will go well with a polo, t-shirt, jeans etc.

Too slim!

The price was too good to pass up. I’m not overweight at all so I thought it would fit. Alas, it is cut really slim and had to send it back. I just need a standard size. Nice coat though!
