Top of Dress awkward and large

jjDress fit perfectly from the waist down.. Very flattering!!. However, the tis TOP portion is oddly cut....gapes open at the bustline, and cream colored lining is visible. Tried my best to resolve this but just doesn't work. Love the bottom of dress, ruffles and pattern, but the top would need a professional alteration.. Hope the dress designer can remedy the top, as the dress itself is lovely. I wear Size 6, 5'3' and 118 lb with a 36B/C bust. I even tried a size 4 which was too fitted in torso and still the bust line was an issue!! As i stated, 5'3', and with a 1" heel the back of the dress did not drag. Love the fabric and ruffles, would travel well, no wrinkles. Sadly I must return due to poor top design (ruffles are cute )
