Stopped working after a month
Initially I loved this machine, the chilled feature was great and I loved that I could do a manual rinse with the machine to ensure it didn't get clogged after using the pods. It gets a 1 star because after only a month of use it stopped working.

A Two for one! hot and cold! This is the best item
I absolutely love this machine! I can make my own iced coffee anytime I want and it is so good

My coffee tastes great
This is a fantastic keurig. I love the cold brew feature. My coffee tastes better than ever. I only wish there was an on /off button.

K-BREW +CHILL COFFEE MAKER
I've always had the Cuisinart Single Serve Coffee Maker, but i needed a new one so i started searching and i came across the K-Brew + Chill Coffee Maker as we love iced coffee.. I have to say i am so pleased with this coffee maker it makes great iced coffee and hot of course, but the iced is awesome...

Purchased this item on June23rd and as of sept 5th it no longer works. I would not recommend to purchase . Thank you
Hot Coffee is Perfect, cold brew fan runs too much
The hot coffee side is perfect, the cold brew fan having to run all the time not so great. I"m concerned the motor will wear out and I'll need to replace the coffee brewer sooner than I'd like. My last Keurig still works except for the 12 oz button. I have a back up but did not expect to need one.

Good product. Lousy instructions.
Does a good job. But, needs better directions! Is there a way to clean the bottom nozzles/pins by removing them? Our old one needed tea leaves cleaned out weekly. Is there a way to drain the chiller tank? Is there a way to drain the machine? How much water is retained inside the machine? There’s a lot left unsaid. But it brews good coffee and tea and other stuff. Need better videos. Need better training for your help line people. They seem to be reading from the same instruction booklet I have.

Good Machine but loud
The new machine is much louder and bigger than our last one. It was not clear from the images.
