Difficult to deal with

Machine stops working very often. I have to be descaling constantly, and still like that it stops brewing. Worst machine I’ve purchased. Not worth the money.

Gimmick not needed

It runs constantly. Doesnt make cold water like it says. Over priced. It does a clean out after each cup and the drip tray for that is shallow so basically have to empty and clean. After every cup
