Hate to give up on Keurig…
This is our third Classic. We have had to ask for warranty replacement for two. They just stop working. We love the design and the quick brew but can’t put up with the fact that they are defective. We just finally gave up and replaced it with a ‘Supreme’. The Supreme model is slower brew and we are not completely happy with it yet. It is was not our favored model but couldn’t get another Classic, and if this model doesn’t work, we will never order a Keurig again and move on to another mode of coffee brewing for our household. This greatly saddens us as we have stuck with this company for many years. Think back to when Lipton produced K cups of soup with season packets - we still have some in the pantry! Loved that concept.

newer but not better
not the same quality I expected, feels much cheaper than the one i replaced of 10 years all plastic less able to adjust temp etc

Original Classic coffee maker
Ordered the original Keurig because I didn’t have much luck with the newer models. Less bells and whistles. Smaller, non removable reservoir is a downgrade though.

Upgraded!
My first Keurig lasted a decade or longer, but the ole tank was gurgling and it Also ran super loud. My new machine is fantastic, I wish I had done this sooner!!
