Hi there! Loyal customer here—going on 10 years strong! 😊 I’ve got to say, it’s been a bit of a heartbreak lately seeing every product I’ve loved and used faithfully get discontinued—first the Clay Wax, and now this one too? Say it isn’t so! Any idea what’s going on? My friends and I are seriously hoping this product makes a comeback—we’re holding out hope! Could you please work your magic and bring it back? Doesn’t work for hick hair!
So disappointed that you discontinued the malleable molding paste. I have thick hair and this product just didn’t work!!! Please bring back the malleable molding paste!!!!🙏🏻

Inventory Issues
This is a good product, but why is it never available?? It's hard to treat this as a "go-to" hair product when it can be months or years before being able to restock.

Can we get accurate online inventory status??
Love this stuff but I have better odds of winning the Powerball than actually being able to buy this! And the product page never accurately shows what is actually in stock. I was able to "purchase" it twice from the website only to have both orders canceled because in reality it was out of stock. Even now it says that there are some in stock but when I try adding it to my cart a message comes up and says that it's out of stock. And don't even let me get started on the in-store supply status which is even more of a joke. Kiehl's/L'Oreal need to invest more into their supply chain and into their ecommerce site.
