So disappointed this product was discontinued!

It is incredibly frustrating when companies discontinue amazing products. Now I have to look elsewhere for a deep moisturizer as Kiehls does not have a replacement product that works the same.

Nothing like this product out there

Please bring this product back. Absolutely nothing I have ever tried has been able to keep my extremely dry skin hydrated through the winter months. It is a very thick but still highly emollient balm capable of restoring skins' moisture barrier. I understand it is probably far too heavy a moisturizer for many, but for me it is an absolute essential.

Bring it back!

I was so disappointed to learn this has been discontinued after my current one ran out. I absolutely love this cream for my dry skin. I find the Ultra Facial Cream just isn't the same level of deep moisturising. Please PLEASE bring this back!

MIRACLE PRODUCT- PLEASE RECONTINUE!

Very upset that this was discontinued. this is seriously a miracle product that ive been trying to find for years and just recently found out its no longer being made. This is the only thing that helped my extreme bumpy-dry patches. I dont know what to do anymore!!!!!!

I wish you still made this

This product was so great. I’m SO sad that you no longer make it. It was the only thing I found that could heal wind-burned winter skin. I’ve tried the Ultra Facial Cream, and it is nowhere near as helpful — it is woefully inadequate.

Please bring back this amazing moisturizer

I can't find an equivalent moisturizer that has the same cooling, calming effect when my skin gets dried and irritated. Please consider bringing this amazing product back!
